Students applying for federal student aid (for either 2018-19 or 2019-20) whose FAFSA has been selected for verification, may be experiencing delays in requesting necessary IRS Tax Transcripts due to the current shutdown of the federal government.  The U.S> Department of Education has announced that in place of the requested IRS Tax Transcripts, that students (and parents of dependent students) may instead submit signed copies of their respective federal income tax returns (for 2018-19 applicants the 2016 tax returns or for the 2019-20 applicants the 2017 tax return).  Please contact our office if you have any questions concerning this matter.

If you expect any financial aid not shown under “Estimated Financial Aid” or “Account Activity”, or if you need to apply for financial assistance, you are encouraged to contact and/or meet with your financial aid counselor.
