Financial Aid Resources for First-Year Applicants
First-year applicants (excluding those applying to the School of Professional Advancement) should complete the steps below to be considered for all forms of financial aid by the priority deadlines:

Students seeking financial aid should complete the appropriate applications below by Tulane's priority deadlines.
- Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Complete the 2027–2028 FAFSA to be considered for federal financial aid, including grants, loans, and Federal Work-Study. - CSS Profile
Complete the 2027–2028 CSS Profile to be considered for Tulane's institutional need-based financial aid.
Additional Financial Aid Documentation
After receiving official admission to Tulane and applying for financial aid, students may be required to provide additional documentation to determine or confirm financial aid eligibility.
Please regularly check your “To-Do” list in the Financial Aid section of your Gibson Secure Portal for any additional requirements.
If documentation is required, please submit it using one of the following methods:
