Meet Us

The Tulane University Financial Aid Office has three locations in New Orleans serving all Tulane students.

Tulane medical, social work, and public health graduate-level students, please call 504.988.6135 to directly reach the Downtown location of Tulane Financial Aid for quicker service; law students, please call 504.865.5931; other students, please call the main Uptown location phone number 504.865.5723 for assistance.

The Uptown campus location serves all students except those served by the Downtown campus and Law School locations. The Downtown Health Sciences Center campus serves graduate-level students at the School of Medicine, School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine, and School of Social Work. Each office location has a general email address which may be found here and to which general questions and concerns may be addressed. Every family is assigned a financial aid counselor based on the applicant's last name, and the email of the counselor may be found here as well. Please refer to each campus below for specific information.

Uptown Campus Office

The main Tulane University Financial Aid office is open in Gibson Hall, Suite #130 (6823 St. Charles Avenue) 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays, and our staff is also available via phone, e-mail, and Zoom sessions.
